Best Marketing Campaign of 2020
2020 was certainly a very testing year of uncertainty for the UK economy. However, instead of shrinking and saving, Fantastic Services launched one of their largest campaigns ever.
“Our aim was to bring franchising to the public’s attention and present it as a viable option for anyone whose job was at risk. In times when many people got redundant or on furlough, we saw an opportunity to offer franchising as a solution,” says Anton Skarlatov, co-founder and CEO of the company.
Fantastic Services focused on industry development but at the same time, they supported their existing franchisees throughout the whole period by implementing different strategies and creative campaigns. As a result, the brand rapidly retained their customers and kept their business running.
“We were constantly sharing our ups and downs with the public, striving to be completely honest about the whole COVID-19 situation. We tried to be as transparent as possible so that people can see the real face of franchising and the countless opportunities and benefits that it offers,” added Mr Skarlatov.
