We have been involved with the Portfolio Millionaire mentorship for a few weeks now and are making very good progress. The emphasis of the programme (through the mentoring process for each stage) has given us the direction and confidence to move forward along the quickest route possible. 

The starting point involved a meeting with David to discuss strategies and techniques for gaining leads, which is very well supported by the 'Lease option and BMV deal packaging course' literature received at the start. The weekly conference calls have enabled us to report on our progress, including issues or concerns, with advice provided to either affirm our actions or advise on ways to get us back on track.

We have also been able to develop our own ideas on the strategies currently in place and the results are beginning to show. We are both committed to this almost full-time and our aim is to keep pushing ahead to achieve the targets we have set. We have received four very strong leads/enquiries in the past week and are now working on these in securing a lease option for each
