Sussanne Chambers, managing director of HomeXperts the innovative Personal Agency Franchise has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Property Awards for Women 2011, in the Business Owner category.
The Property Awards for Women 2011 celebrate the invaluable contribution women make to the property industry.
HomeXperts award-winning property franchise was started after an extensive period of research and development and is recognised as one of the fastest growing property franchises in the UK.
Sussanne was nominated for the award by the HomeXperts Franchise Manager Don Weston, who says:
“As a serial high achiever, Sussanne constantly pushes herself to achieve the tough goals she sets for herself and the HomeXperts team. Highly ethical and refusing to compromise on quality, Susanne’s always has a can-do attitude which encourages infectious enthusiasm within the team and creates a will to work harder to achieve the company’s goals.
"When HomeXperts was initially launched in 2009, Sussanne refused to be daunted by the external market conditions and the biggest slump the property industry had known for 30 years. She was convinced she could create a property agency that would not only work in the tighter market conditions, but would enable enthusiastic people with the right attitude the opportunity to start and run their own successful estate and letting agency.
“With an impressive business record of organic growth at HomeXperts, innovative technology and customer satisfaction, Sussanne has built a business which is succeeding against all the odds in an extremely competitive and complex market. Furthermore, Sussanne is creating a new and better mould and setting new and higher standards for the estate agency industry to follow.”
Sussanne Chambers responds:
“I am so delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist in The Property Awards for Women 2011. To be nominated for this award by one of the HomeXperts Team makes this award nomination incredibly special. HomeXperts has grown into a company which I am so proud of. We are continuing to develop the franchise business model and over the next few months will be helping more people start their own estate and letting agency”.
Sussanne is a regular contributor to national, regional, franchise press and numerous property publications, and is available for comment on the property market, investing and being a landlord.
