Wagging Tails franchisee in running for National Pet Care Award

12 September 2014

Wagging Tails Swindon franchisee, Hilary Coates, has made it to the final of a National Pet Award. Hilary fought off tough competition to be named one of just five finalists for the prestigious Pet Industry Federation Award for best Pet Service Business of the Year. As if this wasn’t a huge achievement already it should be noted  that Hilary only launched her business in April this year, whereas other finalists have been running over nine years!

Hilary was nominated by Franchisor and Founder of Wagging Tails Lisa Suswain who said,

“Hilary has blown us away with her drive, enthusiasm and passion for everything Wagging Tails! The feedback we have received from both owners and her team of carers in such a short time is testament to her passion for animal welfare and providing owners and dogs with the best home dog boarding service in Wiltshire. We are very proud and utterly thrilled for Hilary.”

Wagging Tails is a home dog boarding company offering unparalleled care of dogs on holiday and unrivalled customer service for owners; in a nutshell dogs who holiday with Wagging Tails get a 5* holiday destination with a vetted, licensed and insured carer who is at home to give them the love, exercise and attention Hilary and her team of carers believe all dogs deserve.

Hilary said of the news of being a finalist,

“I am absolutely thrilled. I work closely with my team of carers to ensure we provide the best possible care for dogs across the SN postcode area. To be nominated for this award and then reach the final is a massive achievement.”

The Awards winners will be announced on Thursday October 23rd at a Monte Carlo-themed dinner to be held at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa, near Towcester, Northamptonshire and the awards will be presented by boxing legend Frank Bruno MBE.
